The announcement of the results of the issue is expected on Wednesday 28th July with admission of the new shares to the London Stock Exchange and trading commencing at 8am on Friday 30th July 2021.

The shares in HydrogenOne Capital Growth Plc can be held in your nominee account as well as your ISA and SIPP though please note that we will only be able to accept one application per retail investor. If you wish to make an application for your SIPP, ISA and/or nominee accounts then the application amounts will be aggregated as one order.

The deadline to apply through Jarvis is 5pm on Monday 26th July so applications and cleared funds must be received by then.
